Share Your Documents

Send scanned copies or clear photos of your PAN card, Aadhaar card, and passport photo to JS & Co. via WhatsApp (+91-8019934888) or email. Ensure the documents are legible and match each other. No physical visit required.

Fill the Application Form

We prepare the DSC application form based on your documents and send it to you for review and signature. For most cases, this step is handled by our team — you simply verify the details and confirm.

Complete the Video KYC

A licensed Certifying Authority (CA) representative conducts a short 2–3 minute video verification call on your phone. You show your PAN card and Aadhaar to the camera, answer a few basic identity questions, and that's it. This step is done from your home or office — no branch visit needed.

Receive Your DSC Token

Once video KYC is approved, the DSC is issued and loaded onto a USB hardware token (HYP2003 or equivalent). In Hyderabad, same-day delivery is available. For other cities, delivery is via courier (1–2 business days). JS & Co. also provides free driver installation support and portal registration guidance.

After Receiving Your DSC — Installation & Setup

Once you have the DSC token, here's how to set it up:

  • Install the USB token driver software provided with the token (or download from the CA's website).
  • Plug in the token and verify it is detected in the system tray icon.
  • Register the DSC on your required portals (GST, MCA, income tax, etc.) by going to the profile settings on each portal.
  • Use your token PIN (provided by us) each time you sign a document.
