1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
2. DSC Services
JS & Co. facilitates the issuance of Digital Signature Certificates through licensed Certifying Authorities as per the Information Technology Act, 2000. DSC issuance is subject to successful KYC verification. We do not guarantee issuance if KYC documents are found invalid or incomplete.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed include DSC cost and USB token charges. Courier charges of ₹100–150 apply for delivery outside Hyderabad. Free pickup is available in Hyderabad. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is to be made in advance before DSC processing begins.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered only if the DSC application is rejected by the Certifying Authority due to reasons not attributable to the applicant. No refund is provided once the DSC has been successfully issued and delivered. Token costs are non-refundable in all cases.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate KYC documents and information. JS & Co. shall not be liable for delays or rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent documentation. The DSC holder is solely responsible for the security and usage of their digital signature.
6. Limitation of Liability
JS & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the DSC. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific DSC service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
